Telegence group has started its operation in the year 2012 in the name of Telegence India as a sole proprietorship company. Over the period of time, the company had diversified its activities. Consequently, a new private limited partnership company in the name of Telegence Powercomm Pvt. Ltd. came into existence in August 2015.
