Telegence is following HIRA which is a pro‐active approach. The very purpose of conducting HIRA is to ensure safety of the person from injury or ill health at work place and protection of environment from all potential hazards. It helps in assessing the effectiveness of present controls, if any, and in deciding upon the other measures, may be required to mitigate the risk(s) in a hierarchical way, to ALARP (As Low as Reasonably Practicable) level.
